Shares are sold by the half. Each half has approximately 60-80 pounds of premium pork.

These hogs are a heritage cross of Berkshire and Duroc. They will yield a richer flavor than what you find in the grocery store.

You control the cuts! You'll work directly with our butcher to pick your cuts and have them cut to your specifications. Hello thick pork chops!!!!

Pricing
$650 for a half share or $1200 for a whole share.
You will receive an invoice for a $250 non refundable deposit. The balance of $450 (half share) or $1000 (whole share) will be due 2 weeks prior to harvest.
About Our Pigs
Our pigs are born on a farm in Julian, CA. We pick them up around 6-8 weeks old and bring them to our ranch, where they will grow and grow for the next 6 months.
The pigs are housed outdoors, plenty of sunshine and wallowing on hot summer days. They are fed a vegetarian, corn and soybean, based diet. Also they get all the fresh fruit, vegetables, and alfalfa they can eat. Their favorite is usually watermelon!

Harvest Schedule
Harvests take place at the end of summer. Sign ups for the 2021 harvest will start in January 2021.
